The birds, fishes and animals are concerned about the number of their species that have become extinct or are threatened with extinction. Man is seen as the main culprit responsible for this dilemma and the proposal is to make man extinct and put in place their own government with a supreme ruler in place, an emperor.
There is a special man however that they may not want to hurt and it is suggested that an alternative may be to wait for the setting up of the State of Utopia..
Battle lines are drawn and soon there are opposing sides. One side want to see the extinction of man and the other want to wait for the establishment of the State of Utopia.
Then there are the birds and animals that does not belong to either side because they are not trusted because their allegiance is to man.
